Naduska Samoyeds live in the village of Cuddington within the pretty countryside of Cheshire with, Pam and Ray Taylor. The kennel was founded in 1973 and we have successfully shown Sams since that date.

Both judge the Breed at Championship level. Pam judged the Breed at Crufts in 1997 and Ray in 2010 when he had the additional honour of being introduced to HRH Prince Michael of Kent. We also judge internationally. Pam will be judging overseas in 2012.

Pam is now President of the Northern Samoyed Society. She previously served as Secretary for over 25 years. She is a previous Breed Liaison Officer and each week writes the Samoyed notes for the Dog World newspaper. She is the author of The Samoyed Today which is on sale worldwide. Ray is Chairman of the Northern Samoyed Society.

Together the idea of a Samoyed and Puppy of the Year was conceived. This has now become a very prestigious annual event hosted by the Northern Samoyed Society and judges are chosen from around the world. Since both are involved in planning and organisation, it was thought unfair to show any Naduska dogs who might have qualified. Thus, Ch. Naduska Precious Panda, Naduska Pole Position and Ch Vandreem Imperial Honor at Naduska have never appeared although having qualified at different times over the years.

Many years ago, Ch. Naduska Storm and Ch. Kiskas Silverstar of Naduska appeared in the pantomime "Snow White" at a theatre in Manchester. An experience they loved.

On the 23rd June 2000, Pam spoke at the first ever world conference which was held in conjunction with the World Dog Show in Milan. In October 2009, both Pam and Ray attended the 2nd World Samoyed Meeting in Bratislava, Slovakia where once again, Pam was invited to speak. She is now involved as a planning member for the 3rd World Samoyed Meeting which will take place in the UK in 2012.

Pam and Ray very much believe that their interest in the Samoyed Breed has enabled them to make friends all over the world.
